Leadership Seminar
A presentation on leadership values and styles by John Guy tailor made for the audience, delivered any where, and lasting an hour to several days depending on the skill and knowledge gaps to be bridged.
 Focus Weekend
A weekend retreat for leaders to review a personal direction in life conducted at Thistledown Country Retreat near Mt Barney. This can lead to follow up retreats of varying durations as required - a step back to pre 1915 Federation style living.
Southern Cross
Introduction to executive leadership over a weekend or two days in a wilderness setting (camping).
Waltzing Matilda
Introduction to bushwalking and leadership skills in camping, bushcraft and navigation over a weekend or two days in a wilderness setting (camping).
 Cadre Course
Development and assessment of executive leadership over nine days in a wilderness setting (camping).
Youth Challenge
Youth leadership for schools/youth groups etc over nine days in a wilderness setting (camping). Modules of this can be offered in five days.
Champ Camp
A nine day wilderness based intervention for youth at risk to move them away from negative behaviours (camping). Sponsorship for this may be available from Vitae Ltd.
 Pioneer Program
A three month wilderness based intervention for youth at risk move youth away from negative behaviours (camping). This may be followed by time on a pioneer farm and support in the community based on individual need. Sponsorship for this may be available from Vitae Ltd.
A client can work with Bush Venture to shape an experiential and adventurous experience such as a start in a resort, a dawn helicopter insertion to an expedition, a solo in the bush, and a fly back to a resort for a black tie dinner and a finale in a day of golf!
Partnerships
Bush Venture is not working alone. There are four kinds of partnerships:
 Corporate Customers/Clients.
Bush Venture works with corporate leaders to assess skill and knowledge gaps to be bridged and then to determine the best interventions or series of interventions to meet the requirements.- Schools and Youth Groups.
Bush Venture works with leaders who educate youth to assess skill and knowledge gaps to be bridged in the development to responsible adulthood and then to determine the best leadership training required to meet the needs. Bush Venture has extensive experience in developing youth leaders.
- Charities.
Bush Venture works with charities (particularly with Vitae Ltd) to provide interventions for youth at risk of suicide, substance abuse and crime. The aim here is to save the community the costs of citizens that take rather than give to society.
- Facilities.
Bush Venture outsources for properties, resorts, and other facilities required in conducting training. This ensures that Bush Venture has maximum flexibility to respond to a client's needs any where without the burden of fixed locations and assets.
